An upset former employee said this in a review. “They can be unfair. They don't respect the value of family time, they don't care if your sick, they don't care if your hurt. They don't train people well. I worked at Trelleborg for 7 years and they never valued me, unless I made over production and they never pay extra for it".

"Upper managers don't know what they are doing. I was expected to do all office management duties with no training at all. I was promised if I helped and learned the job I would be hired permanently, but they hired a clerk and ended my assignment through the temp agency. Upper managers run a good ole boys club and are disrespectful to women. Frankly, I should have sued the company for a discriminatory comment directed at me. Instead, they got rid of me. employee who deserves better (Former Employee) says

"Facility in New Berlin, WI is run by previous Owner/CEO. GM manages by fear and takes advantage of minorities working for her. Extremely unprofessional environment with GM who is not mentally/emotionally stable. "The culture is more focused on rewarding sycophants more than good work. If you are in with the managers its a great place to work, if you are not or question the status quo - look out. HR is not independent - expect anything you say to them to go to the entire management staff. Sets employees up for failure. gives 20 projects with unrealistic timelines then reprimands for late projects. Disorganized, petty and inexperienced management staff."

kund says

"Everything was very dirty and the whole ship smelled of alcohol. I felt absolutely unprotected, I didn’t see security anywhere on board, even when drunken people came to harass us at 3 am. People were allowed to behave as they wished. There were too many of them who drank alcohol and did not know what they were doing. Drunk people were everywhere, even in the women's restroom. In a one word, horrible."
